Terms of Use

Effective 17 August 2026. These terms are the agreement between you and Agustin Cossani for the RUNOVA app. By using RUNOVA you accept them.

Move safely — read this one

RUNOVA asks you to run, jump and crouch in the room you are in. You are responsible for the space you play in and for your own limits.

• Clear the area. Check for furniture, pets, low ceilings, glass, and anything you could land on.
• Wear footwear you can move in, on a surface you will not slip on.
• Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

RUNOVA is a game, not a medical device, a trainer or a physiotherapist. Nothing in it is medical advice, and the calorie figures are estimates. If you have a heart condition, an injury, are pregnant, or have any reason to be careful about exercise, talk to a doctor before playing.

Your subscription

RUNOVA is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store. The price, the billing period and any free trial are shown on the purchase screen before you buy, in your own currency, and are the ones Apple charges.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Apple charges your account within 24 hours of the period ending.

Cancel or manage the subscription in your Apple account settings, not here — we cannot cancel it for you. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the time you have already paid for.

If a free trial is offered and you subscribe during it, cancelling before it ends means you are not charged. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms, not by us.

What you may and may not do

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use RUNOVA on devices you control, for as long as your subscription is active.

• Do not share, resell or sublicense your access.
• Do not copy, decompile or reverse engineer the app, except where the law says you may.
• Do not use the app to break the law or to harm anybody.

You must be old enough to agree to a contract where you live, and to hold an Apple account.

The app as it is

RUNOVA depends on your device camera and on lighting, space and hardware that we do not control. Movement detection will not be perfect, and the app is provided as it is, without a promise that it will suit a particular purpose or run without interruption.

Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in, and in some places those rights cannot be excluded. Where the law allows a limit, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may change or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces what a paid subscription gives you, you may cancel — and, where the law requires it, ask Apple for a refund of the unused part.

Ending it

You can stop using RUNOVA at any time by cancelling in your Apple account and deleting the app.

We may suspend access if these terms are broken, in a way that is proportionate to what happened.

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, and nothing here removes a right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for RUNOVA, but Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as a third-party beneficiary.
